If you want to return your order, please let us know within 14 days via the contact form. After the notification we would like to receive the socks back within 14 days. The socks must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags attached, and must not contain any signs of wear. We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect that they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
After receiving the returned socks, we will refund the amount due to your account within 14 days.
LETTER! A return must first be reported via our contact form, so that we can provide additional return instructions and also know that we can expect a shipment.
A return shipment must be accompanied by a Track and Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipment.
